I never knew where I would be able to use the laws of physics when I had to learn them in high school. Isaac Newton’s law states that an object either remains at rest or continues to move at a constant velocity, unless acted upon by an external force. So, when you apply this law to the business of innovation it tells us that we need help to get out of rest position and get going and if we are already going then we need outside help to change.
Don’t fight it, you’ve got to have a team to help you period, end of story!
The quicker you get that law implemented the quicker you will be tapping into synergy and on your way to innovative change and profit. BUT……… you have to pick your team very, very, carefully, don’t just pick men and women that agree with you, engage in a little friction and pick people that actually thought of something you didn’t. Then let yourself and your ideas be influenced!
The good thing? They don’t have to be on your payroll!!!! There are lots of people that need you on their team to help them change and grow!
